Return Window

You may return most products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins from the date of delivery or pickup.

All repair services come with a 6-month warranty covering the specific repair performed. If the same issue occurs within this period, we'll fix it free of charge.

How to Return an Item

  2. Package Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible
  3. Return Method: Bring to our store or arrange collection (fees may apply)

Refund Information

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Cash Purchases: Cash refunds available for cash purchases
  • Bank Transfer: Available for larger amounts with proper verification
  • Store Credit: Optional store credit with 12-month validity

Processing Times

  • Cash Refunds: 2-3 business days upon return inspection
  • Card Refunds: 11 business days after processing and return inspection
